The Akarana MOT is a detailed visual survey of your property which provides an insight to any issues that may need attention now or in the future. Our experienced and friendly team will go through a checklist of items to notify you of any obvious defects, issues relating to the condition of your home and where remedial works can be undertaken to rectify or improve the property without having to replace.
